Standard lager has the highest rate of sales per outlet at 963 British pounds per week, followed by premium lager at 533 British pounds per outlet per week. Premium ale has the lowest value of sales at only 353 British pounds, along with craft beer at 406 British pounds. Craft beer has, however, experienced the most growth with an extra 47 British pounds added compared to a year earlier.
